Are you an AI testing platform?
No. QA SONIC is a Quality Engineering company. We use AI and automation to accelerate parts of the testing process, but experienced engineers remain responsible for risk analysis, coverage, validation and release judgment.
Do we need a platform subscription to run our automation?
No proprietary QA SONIC platform subscription is required for automation built with standard frameworks. Where appropriate, we build inside your repository and CI/CD environment so your team owns the code and can continue running it.
Can you work with our existing QA team?
Yes. QA SONIC can add specialist automation, performance, API, release-readiness or AI evaluation capability without replacing the internal team.
Do you offer white-label QA for agencies?
Yes. We can support agency client projects under an agreed white-label model, including functional QA, automation, specialist testing and release assessments.
How are engagements scoped?
Defined projects are scoped around deliverables and outcomes. Embedded or uncertain work may use time-based commercial models when that is the clearest and fairest structure.
What happens after testing?
We provide actionable findings, evidence, risk prioritization and recommended next actions. Depending on the engagement, this can include an automation handover, release-readiness summary, defect report, performance findings or AI evaluation results.
